Here at Bodacious Pugs (email@example.com), we are dedicated to raising the most adorable, loving and perfect pug for you and your family. Our hearts have been owned by pugs for the over 10 years. We take pride in the quality of our Pugs and breed for confirmation, loving temperament and personality. Our puppies are very social and live in our home with us. They are loved and handled every day from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave us and join their new families. Because we believe that cleanliness is next to godliness, we maintain an immaculate environment where our puppies thrive. Our moms receive high-quality food and supplements before and after whelping and our puppies are weaned on high quality puppy food to insure continued health.
We breed to strive for AKC standards but our first concern is always to produce a healthy puppy. We are very selective when choosing the parents to help maintain the standards for the breed. We are a small breeder with only a couple of litters a year because we are mindful of the health and welfare of our moms, and we only breed Pugs. Our moms have their own space for whelping and raising their pups. Because they are so tiny when born, we sleep in the nursery with the new mom and her pups for the first week or so. We want to insure that all are doing well before we leave them alone for longer periods of time. But we are never too far away. Each puppy is a joy to watch as they learn about the world around them. They are, by far, the most inquisitive and curious creatures and to watch them grow is pure joy.
If you receive one of our puppies you will be asked to complete a simple questionnaire in order for us to be comfortable with the new home our puppies will go to. If for any reason you are not able to care for our puppy, we want you to give us a call and we will take the puppy back. We may choose to keep the pup or find it a new home. We ask this because we always want to know where our puppies are. Our puppies have a one-year health guarantee for any life-threatening genetic defect and will receive a veterinary check and their first shots and deworming before leaving our home. They have a starter care package with them when they leave and their very own birth certificate.
Our relationship doesn't end when you take your puppy home. We are always just a phone call away for any questions you may have or just to talk pugs! We consider our puppies an extension of our family and would love to keep in touch. We encourage emails, pictures or even an occasional visit.
